What is Fanteri?

Fanteri is an online service where you can create personalized children's books with AI-generated illustrations and text. You choose an illustration style, describe a character, and write a short idea — and Fanteri turns it into a complete, illustrated children's book in under 10 minutes.

Who is it for?

Fanteri creates books for children aged 0–9, divided into four age groups: 0–2, 3–5, 5–7, and 7–9. Each age group has tailored text length, vocabulary, and page layout. It's perfect for parents, grandparents, or anyone who wants to give a child a truly unique book.

How long does it take to make a book?

The setup — choosing style, character, and story — takes just a few minutes. Then Fanteri takes a couple of minutes to generate the story and illustrations. All in all, you can have a finished book ready to read in under ten minutes.

Can I order a printed book?

Yes! You can order a printed book directly from your library. Choose between hardcover or booklet. The book is 21 × 28 cm with 30 pages on 170 gsm silk paper and a matte laminated cover. Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days.

Is it safe for children?

Yes. We only collect what's necessary to create the book, and never use children's information for marketing. The content of the books is not used to train AI models. All data is stored in compliance with GDPR, and you can delete individual books or your entire account at any time.

What languages can the books be created in?

Fanteri supports 17 languages: Norwegian Bokmål, Norwegian Nynorsk, English, Swedish, Danish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Finnish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. You choose the language when creating a book, and can freely switch between languages for each new book.
